There's a Yorkie listed in our classified section for $200. All it says is neutered male, has all shots and is friendly. No idea of age or pedigree.

My question: If I like him, do I have a right to seek a health guarantee? He's so cheap, I can't imagine asking for a new-pup clause if he's sick. But how about a money back clause if I take him to the vet and find out he's sick?

For that price, it's not really about the money, but I want to make sure someone's not unloading a sick dog on me.
