So glad I found this site.

I hope to be getting a yorkie in the next six months or so.

We just lost my first dog after 14+ years of love.

I am looking around for the best place to buy a pup. I have decided that I want to "meet" the parents. I don't want to get a dog shipped. I live in the Los Angeles area.

I am looking for a pet, not a dog to breed, and not too small.

Any suggestions on other things to look for?

Thank you to all that post here. I have been reading around and have learned a lot.
