 Male Yorkie urinating on his skirt
I am having a terrible time with Gizzy. When he urinates he lifts his leg so high it looks like he will fall over backwards. You would think this would help him not pee on himself.... NOT... I can give him a bath and as soon as he pees; he is wet and a mess. Any advise would be wonderful
