This happened to Georgie off and on for a few months years ago (he is 6 now). Everytime I would rush him to the vet worried because he is so small. While I am not suggesting you shouldn't rush her to the vet I found a few alternatives to help settle his tummy and he hasn't any problems since. I would feed him boiled chicken and rice no seasoning just plain. I also started adding yogurt with probiotics to his meals twice a day. Try those and if that doesn't work take her for a check up.
