Yup, I so get this. I can't get the teensiest thing done at times, so I keep walking by it -- irritated that it's not done, irritated that it needs to be done, and irritated that I can't seem to just
get 'er done. And then I beat myself up for being irritated. And then I'm irritated that I beat myself for a small thing. So then, I instead switch to a big thing that I can beat myself up over. And then I just put on my PJ pants and call it a day.
