If she is feeling OK, I don't think it would hurt her. Just keep her warm. I always heat up my bathroom so she will be warm after her bath. This is where I blow my baby dry and fix her hair. Have a warm towel ready to wrap her up in after the bath. I know you want her clean. I would feel the same way.
How is Macie doing today? Did she get into the specialist today?
