First welcome to YorkieTalk!! As far as the cleaning, I think you are being quoted a good price. My vet charges $125 and yes it is more than my cleanings are also!
With that said, it is very important for a Yorkie to have their teeth taken care of. Teeth problems can lead to other problems. I would get an "emergency fund" sat aside for your Yorkie if you have a limited income. Rosie has had to go to the ER vet a few times and each time was $300 -$400.
