I too can't believe how gorgeous these pups are and they would have no problems finding loving "parents and homes". The man is completely heartless to take them away, at 4 weeks, from their mom and dump them probably hoping they would die.
He should be locked up in a suitcase and left out in the heat for a LONG time...
