He should be shot, drawn and quartered for doing this. God help us, but a tad bit of research he would have found out that he could have surrendered the whole lot of them to the SPCA.
Instead he leaves a litter zipped up in a suitcase beside a dumpster to suffocate or starve to death. God help him; cause I sure won't.
