hi , my oscar is 7 months old and he is hair is just starting to grow out of his eyes. when i first got him at 12 weeks i made the mistake of cutting the hair in front of his eyes, grrr.. then we has to start all over.
i don't think there is too much you can do at this point but wait for it to grow out. i tried the vaseline too and it was not much help .
it will grow out , just takes awhile for the facial hair..
