As far as her being allergic to weat... I honestly don't know. The only thing I've experienced is the itching. Once she had small rash but it went away quick. Vet told me it was allergy related but that's it. Her skin isn't dry. I don't see anything to indicate allergy other than the itching. I check her everyday she go outside for fleas. Nothing... Oh and she does paw at her eyes. If that sounds right. Lol. I don't know how to explain that. Like rubbing at her eyes...? her eyes lids look a little red sometimes. At least it does to me.
