The first pictures you gave is moving, but the reason you can't upload as your avatar is that it's too big for Yorkietalk. For a non-donating member, the largest side can be no more than 75 pixels. I try to make my avatars more square, so they look a little bigger. Ignore the X, use the link, pictures don't show up if they are less than an inch.
