If I'm not up already, between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. since he really has to "go" outside by then. He will sleep in later than that though if it is raining outside and hold it as long as he can. It's funny - he doesn't really like to go out in the rain at first much - but once he's outside and gets wet, he'll just stay and stay (unless it's really raining hard) and doesn't seem to mind it. He sure doesn't like getting dried off much though when he comes back inside - snorts the whole time I'm toweling him.
