I can retrieve them, the first one is changing pictures the second one isn't moving, I'm not sure what's wrong with that one.
The first pictures you gave is moving, but the reason you can't upload as your avatar is that it's too big for Yorkietalk. For a non-donating member, the largest side can be no more than 75 pixels. Yours is actually 95 x75 pixels, and so Yorkietalk just takes the first picture. Here it is the size you need it.
