Did they see anything on X-ray? If she was just given a pain injection, she can have some more drugs by now.
Some pain post vaccines can be normal. If she is in pain in areas where the injection wasn't oven, and especially because the vet thinks there may be spinal involvement, the X-ray couldn't hurt if you haven't done it already. Unfortunately these kinds of issues don't always show up with X-ray alone, so if it continues they will likely refer you out.
