Please tell me they offered you a refund! And I mean cold hard cash not store credit. The owner of the grooming/boutique that botched Kaji's hair cut last time offered me store credit because it was "close" to what I had asked for. Close yes, but it still was an awful haircut! Kaji has a mohawk now!
