As someone already said I hope someone now rescues that poor morther dog. We think things are bad here as far as the stray dog situation is but in other countries it is far worse. Many have no veterinarian care available and even if they did most people would not use it.
Some countries in eastern Europe allow people to shoot dogs in the streets to help control the over population. It's so sickening. |
