It is so hard to believe that a human can treat a dog with anything but love and caring and so something like this - how do you get your mind around it? I cannot imagine what kind of monsters live in the mind of that criminal greeder that allow them to perpetuate this kind of horror. I hope the judge gives them real jail time, the largest fine the law allows, bans future pet ownership for as long as they reside in the county and anything else he can slam the monster(s) with.
