Poor baby, hope your little guy is doing better soon. Ellie May is correct, white rice and a little boiled skinless chicken are often given when dogs are sick, it’s considered a “bland” diet and easy to digest. White rice is given because it's easier to digest. I've also read that many people have had success with canned pumpkin. It's said to help either way, stop diarrhea, or help with constipation. It has to be regular pumpkin, not the pie filling.
