KBBQ on Easter, we took the day off! I did not feel like eating for the rest of the day!

Might I add, they asked me what other meat I wanted. I ordered beef tongue, small intestine, and pork belly. This was AFTER the huge platter you see below. I was horrified how much more they gave me, for fear they would charge me full price for the meat I didn't finish
I just wanna tell you, for all you guys who like small intestines....
The stuff they give you here looks WAY different before you cook it. YIKES. Also they didn't clean them well (holla at Susana!) and when the hot grill got them going, some "filling" splattered at me, not proud of that.
