If at 5 months her bite is correct, it will no doubt stay good. Of course, it can go under or over, but is would be slight. I do not recall a perfect bite at 5 months turning into a majorly bad over or under bite later. I have seen a correct bite go under slightly when the adult teeth come in..also a slight under bite can correct..a waiting game.
