Oh those poor dogs. I really wish "grooming" would be added to some of the state laws. These dogs are so matted and it looks like feces are embedded in their hair. Dogs are clean animals by nature, it's horrible to do this to them. This is another reminder why people should not buy dogs over the internet, some of the worse breeding facilities are by breeders who sell directly to the public, they don't need any licenses or inspections. |
