350+ small breed dogs were found in a HOME. This short clip shows a couple of the pups and says what they could use. I'm going through the house tomorrow to find old towels, blankets, etc. & will see what else I can get over there. It's a pretty small county & I feel terrible for those poor pups, not to mention the people that probably feel pretty helpless. It's so sad. Stupid puppy millers!!!!!
