I disagree with the whole "number" thing with the banfield I go to. I absolutely love banfield and I couldnt be happier with our service. I bought it for Zoey when I first got her and after calling around to other vets I know I am saving TONS of money! There are three vets at our banfield and each of them is more than I could ask for! Zoey has seen all three but you can schedule to just see one if you are looking for a more personal experience. We never have to wait in a waiting room for more than 5 min and the vet and nurses are very personable. Zoey was just spayed yestereday and the vet called me right after her surgery to put me at ease and let me know that everything went fine! I have heard stories about other banfields but I would give them a try, we just love ours!
