For your own well-being and the sake of the family, I would forgive him in my heart as letting go of things like this is beneficial and far healthier than hanging onto it according to spiritual teaching and medical/mental health experts. But this young man does need to learn some manners, respect for women and humility. It may take the efforts of the entire family to teach and correct him.
