The two I have now will potty outside and use the pad as well if the weather is bad.

Out of all the Yorkies I have had over the years, I only had two that would not use potty pads, and would only go outside only.

I like that I have the options of both outside and pads.

I only put down pads if weather is bad and when I leave to go somewhere just in case they need it.
