 Potty on Pads
My Lola was trained to only go on pads like yours because I lived in apartment. Little my little she started to smell and go outside but I did not praise her because I still want her to go on pads when it is cold, etc. She does both now but it took until she was more than 1 year. I think she smell outside will overwhelm her to eventually go outside.
You can then decided whether you want her to only go outside. The only good thing is from what I read it is VERY hard to get a dog trained outside to go on pads but easier to go from pads to outside.
Good luck. Sometimes I will take a pad with me and put it in the stall of a store bathroom and she will go on it when we are away for a long time.
