I got her last July. She was a little over a year old then. It was a heart racing experience! A lady had her at a gas station. She was 3 1/2 lb and not fixed! I couldn't leave her there. The lady told me she would take $50 so I got her. After much YT members encouragement!
She wasn't in the best of shape. Smelly and had dried poop on her butt.
I think the lady cared about her because she wanted her to go to a good home. But didn't have the time to care for her. And her boyfriend hated her. She was Micki at first but I changed it to Mikki. New home and new spelling of her name. And this pup has stolen DH's heart like you wouldn't believe!!! She is his baby. Mikki has blossomed so much since we got her. It is unreal the differences we see in her.
I love to read the thread I posted on her when I was decided if I should get her or not. It always makes me smile.
