The Buddy Belt harnesses are exceptionally well made. They are leather and sometimes a bit stiff at first, but will soften like butter after useing it for awhile. I always put the harness "over" their sweaters unless it's too warm for sweaters, then they just wear them without clothes. You can also buy the liners........
