This is very good reminder. I was so guilty of tanning when I was younger. I am fair skinned. got burned really bad. So I went to the tanning booth every day for 30 minutes each time.

I stopped doing it, and I haven't been sunning for almost 25 years now.

I am now paying for it. I was Dx's with a skin cancer (a melanoma) the bad kind on my forearm this past October.
I thank heavens the surgery got it all. But I have to be checked every 3 months now.

It's so not worth it.
