Update:
Lady is doing well. DS/DIL spent some time with her this morning. She is on pain meds but can walk again. She is stitched and stapled and sore but not showing it because the pain meds are working, but they say the damage is repaired in that area of her back. She gets to come home tomorrow.
I sent a med-size crate for her...she will have to be crated for a month except for potty breaks, poor girl. That will be tough for her and DH/DIL...keeping 'Miss Hyper Active" (Lady) still.
