yeah, it will take her awhile to adjust to her new home.
It is hard to say if 3 lbs is a healthy weight for her @ 16 wks
cause all yorkies are different.
Another yorkie of the same age could weigh 6 pounds and be perfectly healthy as well .
Any time you have a concern about her weight speak to your vet and they will be able tell you .
As long as she is eating good and she is active and happy i think you are doing a good job....
