And I can totally relate to the computer problem whose solution is to visit their WEB SITE. Earlier tonight, I could not log on, call Verizon.....the recording tells me to go to the web site for help. Then it HANGS up, so you can't tell anyone that you can't get ON the stupid internet to get to their stupid site.....
