Also, a tattoo is not something most people look for. The first thing I look for when I see a stray dog is if it has a collar on - usually collar means that they have an owner (that's my first thought anyways) and non-collars mean stray. At least when most people see a loose dog, those are the first thoughts. And we've returned lots of dogs thru the years, due to collars. |
