Dear Abbie:
Our two next door neighbor Brittany dogs, Whitey and Pepper, like to beg my Mom for treats when we are out in the yard. She thinks they are cute, the way they look at her and wag their tails. Doesn't she know that we are cuter than they are? How can we get her to stop and give us the treat instead?
