Patti you both are in my thoughts and prayers, Thanks to Dear Connie in telling me how to make a substitute for heating pad, I filled several of Jack's stretchy socks with a bit of rice tied knot at the ankle of sock, and then micro wave one minute, it is great due to the fact he is unable to use the heating pad, the socks are great as they are flexible.
