What happened?? I know they merged with Continental and they are a Huge Mess, right now! I spent over 30 mins. on the phone trying to use a $600 e-credit voucher for a mess up in January. It took the agent "36-mins. [yes i timed it...] to figure out how to put the e-certificate into the system. I tried to do it online and couldn't so I HAD to call. UGH!!!!!!
