They def need to take her to see the vet & get x-rays to see how many pups & how big they are as she could very well need a C-section. Breeding small dogs is nothing the same as large dogs & they need to know what to watch for & they need to know where the nearest ER is in case she has trouble in the middle of the night as if she gets a pup stuck in the middle of the night, she & the pups will most likely not live to see morning. You need to do your best to educate them on the dif in small vs large & the complications that can & often do happen with little dogs.
