I recently had a wonderful experience with a trainer for my boys. One of my biggest issues was taking them on walks. Max developed the statue habit and wouldn't budge. The trainer said that wasn't acceptable. He taught me how to snap the leash a few times to get him to move. It's very different from tugging. Tugging only makes the dog want to pull back against you. Quick snaps tell the dog that you mean business.

When she pulls ahead of you try turning around and walking in the other direction. You can also try walking in big figure 8s. Walk and turn many times so that she doesn't think she is controlling the direction of the walk.

My boys are barkers. I can't help you so much with that
