Ok I have no clue how to start this so here goes... I have a 9 month old Biewer Yorkie. He is an awesome dog. He is litter box trained and has very few boo boo's .. But the reason I am here is I think he is having some VERY big insecure issues. He pees on my husband for no same reason. They could be playing. Or they could be just tucking in for bed. He will also pee when very excited. I tried taking him for walks often but he refuses to go pee or poo outside. I am trying to get him more comfy around new surroundings. He came from a breeder who has no clue what he was doing because he got forced into to when his wife had passed and he was just feeding and trying to rid of all the dogs. I have contacted some people to help with basic commands but everyone around me that offers any training cost more than 500 per session. I have tried a few commands he knows the word but dont always listen to them. He is VERY treat motivated. He knows that the clickers means food also. If anyone can give me some tips or tricks I would love it. I have never owned a small dog before. I have only ever had Large-XLarge breeds. They seemed to be awesome at catching on to learning.

P.s he is aggressive towards kids under 12.. I have a 7 and 8 year old.
