As it expands, all the spaces stay the same size as the other spaces, they all get bigger or smaller. Beats measuring.
But to make scallops without it, just measure and divide by 2 till you fill the width of the skirt. Or you can keep folding the material in halves. |
EXACTLY why I want one! Hubby said why not check a mom & pop hardware store,not the chainstores. Hmmm-off I go to search!!!
