I agree with Maximo. You should take him to the vet especially to check for dehydration. If he's had that much loose stool, it's time for a trip to the vet.

If he's eating grass, could there have been something in the grass, i.e., bunny poop or a frog or lizard? I know we have tons of bunniesc fox and deer. While the deep piles are easy to see, my 2 love to eat the bunny jelly beans as I call them. It's nasty but it's a fact.

Hope it's nothing and your baby feels better.
