I agree with Teresa and would never place one of my pups in that home.
Ohhhh I misread it. But, there is no way I would take that family another pup. Why was it outside with children and no fence??? Tell him to say he is sorry. It is NOT his fault. I realize how awful he must feel....I would be devastated
