Trifexus ? We have excellent flea control with it. We live in Fl so have year round risk of heart worms too. The first few months some of the dogs vomited after getting the med. Now we make sure they have a full tummy before giving the pill. All are on Trifexus, except Abba he is under 5 pounds.
