Yes, that's what I would do.
Just take her in the car without starting it. Give extra yummy treats. Then get out. Repeat this until she can do it without stress. Then do that plus start the car. Don't go anywhere. Yummy treats. Stop the engine and get out. Repeat until comfortable.
You get the idea - gradually increase the duration but only as long as she is okay with it. If she starts shaking again, back up at least one step and go more slowly.
