Sorry to hear about your babies injury. I had one of mine have a tear in his ACL and had surgery many years ago. The recovery wasn't too bad. Also a couple of years ago my Pixie had surgery on her knee and needed 6 weeks confinement. I used several different crates/ex pens to move her where we where and after the first week I was able to put her sister in with her. When I was in my room I used a small animal ex pen to put on my bed and put her in. At night I had a play yard with her bed in it and she did well in that. Pixie never liked being crated so I found the openness of the ex pen and play yard worked well for her. I hope your baby recovers quickly and has no more groomer accidents.
