On Craigs list you are not allowed to sell pets, So what people do is a re-homing fee. This covers what the person paid to care for the pet. vacc, food whatever.
I got Corky from CL, my re-homing fee was 35 bucks.. Depending on the dog should not cost no more than 100 bucks.
Sounds like this person is selling the dog, and calling it a re homing fee. he/she might have thought you were someone that might get them in trouble. And has not responded to you. Just ask for the dog papers vet checks. and take them to you vet. |
