I use Trifexis for my adult Yorkie and Toy Fox terrier. It has never caused any problems in my dogs. Make sure you give it with a meal! Some dogs vomit from it but giving it with a meal usually prevents that.

I have to use Advantage Multi with my Biewer puppy because they have to be at least 5 lbs for Trifexis.
