I'm on my second Bissell, I love it, no harder to use than a vacuum. I use the same shampoo, but pretreat with Natures Miracle, I even put a little Natures Miracle in the rinse water. Joey's actually not the problem; both my sons have male dogs who come to visit grandma often. They all think it’s “their” house.
