Has your girl been scratching her ears? Sometimes if a dog gets an ear infection it can make the ears flop. You might have her ears checked to make sure she does not have ear mites or a yeast ear infection. If there is no sign of internal ear problems then there may be nothing you can do, especially if the ear cartilage has been damaged.

A vet told a friend of mine that you can add a little Knox unflavored gelatin to a puppy's diet and that will help bring the ears up. I've not tried it but my friend said it helped her puppy.
